Administrative Professionals Day (April 27, 2016)

National Administrative Professionals Day is April 27th this year.

Is there someone in your office that helps everyone with whatever needs to be done? Maybe this person is a secretary, receptionist, office manager, office assistant or goes by another title. This person may help with filing, copying, setting up rooms for meetings, running errands, helping with presentations, etc.

If you have a helpful person in your office, consider buying them a small thank you gift for all of their hard work and assistance. Jewelry is usually a welcome gift. Be sure to notice whether your professional prefers silver or gold-tone jewelry.

If the assistant is female, consider a gemstone or rose flower pendant or if she has pierced ears, consider a simple pair of earrings.

If the assistant is male, consider a pendant necklace.

 

 

Showing your appreciation doesn’t need to cost much; it’s the thought that counts. Even just a “Thank you” card will show how much their work means to you.
